Introducing Quadrant Settings Sync

Now, by default, if you are logged in to Quadrant ID, your settings will automatically sync with Quadrant Settings Sync, this will let you keep the same configuration across devices. You can disable this feature by going into the settings page and toggling the switch right below "Experimental Features".

Check for Quadrant Sync/Settings Sync/ID Notifications manually

Now you can right click on the tray icon and manually check for any Quadrant ID-powered changes.

Some animations were slightly changed, and some new animations were introduced
