What's new in Quadrant v25.3?

Exporting modpacks as a .zip archive

Now you can click on the Export button to export a modpack as a .zip archive that you can send to your friends.

Identifying existing .jar files

You can now identify existing .jar files (those that weren't installed via Quadrant). So far you can only identify the automatically found files

A lot of QoL fixes

This update also brings some useful quality of life improvements, such as:

  • Remembering the last scroll position when going into a mod details page and back.
  • Opening the wiki when the modpack applying fails on Windows (most likely users need to enable Developer mode to use symlinks)
  • Bug fixes

The app is back on it's old Microsoft Store page

I've found a way to package the app as a .MSIX package, so a lot of people who haven't manually migrated to Quadrant Next will be moved together with this update. People who have migrated manually shouldn't move to the Microsoft Store version manually since the app will auto-update itself through the built-in updater anyway.

Quadrant v25.3

It's the end of February, therefore it's a perfect time to start your 2 week Minecraft phase and this update brings you new features that will make this experience easier for you and your friends.
